Multiple rounds of southerly swells impacting south facing beaches through the middle of this coming week.
Southern Hemisphere Swell (through Tuesday): 2 feet at 18-22 seconds from 200-220 degrees. Long periods cause STRONG rip currents and longshore currents and powerful breaking waves. The elevated surf and strong currents will lead to dangerous conditions with increased ocean rescues needed.
