HIGH RISK FOR HEAT ILLNESS FOR MOST POPULATIONS. ESPECIALLY TUE-FRI. Suggestion Actions: ADJUST PLANS NOW to limit strenuous outdoor activities between 10am & 8pm. Seek air conditioning, drink plenty of hydrating fluids, check on neighbors and loved ones. Key Details: Heat will peak Tuesday through Friday this week with high temperatures of 90 to 103 across the coastal plains, valleys, and interior, with temperatures as warm as 80 to 90 degrees across the coasts. Temperatures will be 15-30 degrees above normal. Many daily and potentially monthly March records broken. Warm overnight temperatures adding to heat risk.
