A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across parts of central, western, northwest, and northern Arkansas Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday night. The primary hazards will be damaging winds and large hail. A tornado or two cannot be ruled out. A localized flash flooding threat exist during the same time frame. The areas most likely to see it will be across parts of western and northwest Arkansas where the threat of training thunderstorms is the highest.
