Another wintry weather system takes aim at the state late Friday into Saturday, bringing freezing rain or freezing drizzle and the potential for hazardous travel conditions. Ice amounts will be on the lighter side with generally around a tenth of an inch or less expected. A few areas north of Interstate 80 could see up to two tenths of an inch. Warming temperatures from south to north Friday night into Saturday morning will switch the precipitation over to liquid rain and bring an end to any slick travel. The system moves out by mid to late day Saturday, and Sunday looks dry with highs in the upper 30s north to mid 40s south.
