Accumulating snow will move across SE IA, NE MO and west central IL into the afternoon. Visibility will be reduced to under a mile at times in the heavier snow. Slick snow-covered roads are expected. Snow totals up to 2 inches in places, with isolated higher totals possible. Slow down if you
encounter snow-covered roads. Go much slower than normal on Exit and Entrance ramps, while turning, and while approaching stops! Leave extra braking distance ahead of you to avoid a crash!
