After a brief lull in the weather through early Wednesday afternoon, another round widespread snowfall is expected late day Wednesday into Thursday. Expect conditions to be similar to what occurred Tuesday (2/17) morning with snow levels down to valley floors again. Showers diminish late Thursday with dry conditions likely for most areas on Friday. Cold temperatures will persist through this time, especially with recent snowfall. Another impactful system is expected over the weekend and into next week. The pattern changes to a southerly flow pattern, which will bring increasing snow levels (uncertainty on just how high, ranging 3000-5000 ft), periods of moderate/heavy rain/snow along with strong winds.
